Our team specializes in building techniques that leverage Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) – durable foam blocks reinforced with rebar and filled with concrete in place. Together we faced many challenges and were able to persevere despite the difficulties we experienced throughout the project duration. We engaged LMD to implement and execute a never before attempted modular program for single family homes in Staten Island and Queens. Where others were unwilling to take on the task, LMD met it head on to get the job done. In total, LMD via 274 individual contracts, completed some or all phases of 95 residential homes in under a 3-year period. The total value of these contracts was approximately $70 million and as of this letter all contracts have been completed and closed out to include all regulatory aspects as well.
